Motivational Coach and Celebrant Amy Deane, will be leading a SPECIAL Good Grief Café this month. Grief can throw many emotional challenges into our lives and we are exploring one of the tools that can help.

Amy will be taking us through a guided visualisation to help harness our minds in a positive way. Many people feel uplifted and to connected to more positive emotions after this experience.

Come along and join us! Bring an open mind and a blanket. We will be finding a beautiful spot to sit in the woodland – weather permitting.

THIS EVENT IS FREE AND OPEN TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR GRIEF SUPPORT 🧡🧡🧡
