Ashes Plot

1. These promotional Terms and Conditions are supplementary to our standard Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy and General Park Regulations which are still valid. Visit https://www.greenacresgroup.co.uk/terms-and-conditions/.
2. From time to time, the GreenAcres Group may run promotional offers. These promotions are valid for the stated promotional period only and apply to specific goods and services as outlined within each offer. Promotions may vary by location and may be specific to individual GreenAcres Living Memorial Parks.
3. Only one promotion can be used per purchase. A promotion may not be used in combination with other offers or used for goods and services already purchased from the GreenAcres Group.
4. The Spring Promotion applies to full-price ash interment plots for immediate use only, of any size or type, subject to availability, within a GreenAcres Living Memorial Park of the family’s choice.
5. The promotion provides 20% off the current selling price of an ash interment plot and is available for purchases completed between 1 March and 30 April 2026.
6. The interment of the ash must be completed on or before 31 May 2026.
7. Only one promotion may be used per purchase. The Spring Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discount codes, promotions or price reductions, nor can it be applied to goods or services already purchased from the GreenAcres Group.
8. The promotion must be applied at the point of sale and cannot be applied retrospectively.
9. Certain items are excluded from this promotion and do not qualify for the discount. These include, but are not limited to: ancillary items (including vases and plaques), live stream services, interment fees, service hall hire, ash scatterings and full burial plots.
10. Refunds for purchases made under this promotional offer will be processed in accordance with the promotional price paid and GreenAcres Group’s usual terms. This does not affect statutory rights.
11. The GreenAcres Group shall not be liable for any financial loss arising from the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of the promotion, or from a customer’s failure or inability to take advantage of the promotion for any reason.
12. The GreenAcres Group reserves the right to cancel, withdraw or amend this promotion and its Terms and Conditions at any time, including changes to the promotion end date.
