- These promotional Terms and Conditions are supplementary to GreenAcres Group’s standard Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and General Park Regulations, which remain fully valid. Further details can be found at:

These promotions are valid for the stated promotional period only and apply to the specific goods and services outlined within each offer. Promotions may vary by location and may be specific to individual GreenAcres Living Memorial Parks.
- The Autumn/Winter Promotion is an at-need promotion only. It is available to families who have recently been bereaved or who already have their loved one’s ashes and require an ashes interment.
- The promotion is available to families purchasing directly from GreenAcres Group and through participating business partners.
- The promotional package includes:
- One Cremation Service or one Memorial Service;
- One Tree Circle or one Park Grave;
- One ashes interment;
- One standard memorial post, including the personalisation specified at the point of sale; and
- A 30-year lease for the selected ashes grave.
- All elements of the package are subject to availability at the family’s chosen GreenAcres Living Memorial Park. Grave locations and service dates cannot be guaranteed until the purchase and booking have been confirmed.
- To qualify for the promotion, the package must be purchased and paid for in full between 30 September and 31 December 2026.
- For the purpose of this promotion, the completed purchase date is the date on which full payment has been received and all required purchase documentation has been completed.
- Payment plans are not available for purchases made under this promotion.
- The promotional deadline of 31 December 2026 applies to the purchase and full payment of the package. The Cremation or Memorial Service and ashes interment do not need to have taken place by this date.
- The family must hold the Cremation or Memorial Service and complete the ashes interment within 60 days of the completed purchase date.
- The 31 December 2026 purchase and payment deadline is final and cannot be extended for individual customers.
- The 30-year lease will commence from the date specified within the family’s agreement.
- The included memorial option is the standard memorial post. Any request for an alternative memorial will be considered by GreenAcres Group management at its discretion and is not guaranteed. Additional charges may apply.
- The package is offered at one promotional price. Included elements cannot be exchanged for cash, removed for a partial refund or substituted for alternative goods or services unless expressly agreed by GreenAcres Group in writing.
- Any upgrades, additional personalisation or services beyond those expressly included within the promotional package will be charged separately at the applicable selling price.
- Additional goods and services are not included unless expressly stated. These may include, but are not limited to, additional memorial products, plaques, vases, livestream services, celebrant fees, catering, floral tributes and additional interments.
- Only one promotion may be used per purchase. The Autumn/Winter Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other GreenAcres offer, voucher, discount code, promotion or price reduction.
- The promotion must be applied at the point of sale. Products or services that have already been purchased or paid for cannot be retrospectively repriced under this promotion.
- Refunds for purchases made under this promotional offer will be processed in accordance with the promotional package price paid and GreenAcres Group’s usual Terms and Conditions. This does not affect the family’s statutory rights.
- GreenAcres Group shall not be liable for any financial loss arising from a family’s failure or inability to take advantage of the promotion, subject to the family’s statutory rights.
- GreenAcres Group reserves the right to cancel, withdraw or amend the promotion and these Terms and Conditions where reasonably necessary. Any changes will not affect promotional packages already purchased and confirmed, unless required by law.
