Frequently Asked Questions

Does GreenAcres provide funeral plans?

GreenAcres does not provide a traditional funeral plan covering all of the services and costs associated with a funeral. Planning ahead with us is about choosing and purchasing the rights to a future burial, ashes or scattering location within a GreenAcres Living Memorial Park. Our team can explain exactly what is and isn’t included before you make a decision.

What am I purchasing?

When you purchase a burial or ashes plot in advance, you are purchasing the Exclusive Rights of Burial for your chosen location for an agreed period. The land itself remains owned by GreenAcres. The length of the rights available and the options offered can vary, so we’ll make these clear when you visit and before you purchase.

Can I visit before deciding?

Yes – and we’d encourage you to. Choosing a final resting place is a very personal decision, and experiencing a GreenAcres Park in person can help you understand what feels right. You can walk around the Park, explore different locations and talk through your questions with our team. There is no obligation to make a decision during your visit.

Can I pay in instalments?

For eligible purchases, yes. You can pay a 20% deposit when you purchase, followed by nine equal monthly instalments of the remaining balance, interest-free. Payments are made by Direct Debit and eligibility and full terms will be explained before you purchase.

Can I pay towards other GreenAcres services in advance?

The options available for advance purchase depend on the product or service you are considering. Speak to our team about what you would like to arrange and we’ll explain what can be purchased or paid for ahead of time.

What happens when the plot is needed?

When the time comes, your family or Funeral Director can contact the GreenAcres Park where your arrangements are held. Our team will be there to guide them through the next steps, confirm the arrangements that are already in place and help coordinate what needs to happen at the Park.
