Spring Promotion 2026

1.2 From time to time, the Eternal Gardens runs promotions offering special prices on specific goods and services for a limited period.

1.3 Only one promotion can be applied per purchase. Promotions cannot be combined with other offers or used for goods or services already purchased from Eternal Gardens

1.4 The pre-planning special offer must be applied at the point of sale and cannot be added retrospectively. The offer is limited to one purchase per person, available exclusively through the 10-month interest-free instalment plan.

1.5 The Spring 2026 promotion applies only to pre-plan plot purchases made using the interest-free instalment plan. Under this promotion:

· The buyer (the consumer) pays nine out of the ten instalments

· GreenAcres covers the final month

· The first payment is 20% of the total price

· Burial rights will only commence once full payment has been received

1.6 The Spring 2026 discount offer runs from 1 April 2026 to 31 May 2026. To qualify, all instalment plans must be fully set up with direct debit in place by 17.00 on 31 May 2026. Eternal Gardens reserves the right to end this offer at any time.

1.7 Eternal Gardens shall not be liable for any financial loss resulting from the refusal, cancellation, or withdrawal of a promotion, or if a customer is unable to take advantage of a promotion for any reason.

1.8 Refunds for goods purchased under a promotional offer will be processed based on the promotional price and in accordance with Eternal Gardens’ standard refund policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.
