Celebration of Life
- These promotional Terms and Conditions are supplementary to our standard Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy and General Park Regulations which are still valid. Visit https://www.greenacresgroup.co.uk/terms-and-conditions/.
- From time to time the GreenAcres Group will run promotions, which are valid for the period of the promotion only and offer special prices on specific goods and services only. These may vary by location and be specific to each GreenAcres Park.
- Only one promotion can be used per purchase. A promotion may not be used in combination with other offers or used for goods and services already purchased from the GreenAcres Group.
- The Celebration of Life Service offer must be applied at the point of sale and cannot be applied retrospectively. All bookings to be made directly with GreenAcres Living Memorial Parks.
- The Service offer will run 1 September 2025 to 31 October 2025. The Service must be booked and paid in full by 31 October 2025 to benefit from the price offer. The service itself must be held before 31 December 2025.
- We shall not be liable for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any promotion or any failure or inability of a customer to take advantage of a promotion for any reason.
- Refunds for goods purchased under a promotional offer will be based on the terms of the promotional price and in accordance with GreenAcres Group usual terms. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Ashes Plot
- Offer applies to full price ashes plots for immediate use only, of any size or type within a GreenAcres Living Memorial Park of your choice
- To redeem the offer, choose your plot and complete purchase by 31 October 2025
- Complete the interment of the ashes on/by 31 December 2025
- The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other special offers, other discount codes, other promotions, or price promotions
- Some items are excluded from this offer and do not qualify for this discount of 10% off list price. These items include but are not exclusive to ancillary items (vases, plaques), live stream services, interment fees, service hall hire, ash scatterings and full burial plots
- This offer is available to redeem at any GreenAcres Living Memorial Park
- To redeem the offer please present the voucher at the Park before paying
- The offer must be applied at the point of sale and cannot be applied retrospectively
- The offer and discount are not exchangeable for cash and are non-transferable. Returned items will be refunded at the discounted price paid. This does not affect your statutory rights
- The GreenAcres Group reserves the right to (i) cancel this offer at any time; (ii) cancel or refuse any individual’s benefit from it; (iii) amend these terms and conditions, including the end date
- Offer ends midnight 31 December 2025
