We had attended a funeral there before and loved the light modern building overlooking the woodland and the relaxed atmosphere. Paul had requested the celebration of his life be held there – it suited his eco-credentials. The setting was perfect; the ceremony could not have gone any better. It was sad, yet uplifting, helped enormously by the setting, the woodland, the greenery, the calm. I have since returned for a wander round the woods – to sit, and think and remember Paul, and I hope I will also have my funeral at GreenAcres when the time comes.
