Tuesday 6th May 2014
On Saturday the 3rd of May, we held a second woodland explorer event with a little help from the RSPB and some very enthusiastic children.
We had great fun bug hunting, tree rubbing and found out some interesting facts about the birds that inhabit the woodlands with thanks from the RSPB. The children heard the call of the ‘chiff chaff’ and used their binoculars to spot some of the wonderful bird species we have at our park.
Take a look at the fun we had on Saturday, if you came to the event leave your comments on our Facebook page and tell us your thoughts.
