Service Manager (Kemnal Park)
Location: This role is based in South-East London, Sidcup BR7 6RR
Hours per week: 37.5 per week, over a flexible working contract (may include weekends)

In this role you will lead a dedicated team to provide distinctive, essential services to both B2B and family customers for funeral, burial, and cremation services, across all faiths and beliefs. Skills and qualifications
To be part of a successful team in this varied role, you’ll need to have:
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- At least 2+ years’ experience at successful team management
- Sales Driven and Commercially aware
- Relationship management and sales experience
- Consistently exercises good judgement
- Strong problem solving skills
- Computer literate competent with Microsoft word and excel
- Experienced with customer relationship managed systems
- Interest in training and developing people
