Customer Engagement Assistant

Hours per week: 37.5 per week, over a flexible working contract (may include weekends)

Job Role: F/T Customer Engagement Assistant (Permanent) x 2

Location: This role is central role within the Sales & Marketing team, working to support all Parks within the GreenAcres Group. Based from home with some travel around all parks.

Salary: £25,000 + Depending on experience

Job opportunity:

This is an exciting role, directly linked to enhancing our customer experience, supporting consumers through their bereavement journey via digital and direct nurturing. Aligned to the Sales & Marketing strategy, you will personally manage our future and existing customers to ensure that they receive all the information required for their decision making and wellbeing.

This role will suit someone with honed emotional intelligence, strong communications skills, empathy, and a sensitive caring nature. Alongside a consultative sales approach.

Skills & qualifications:

To be part of a successful team in this varied role, you’ll need to have:

  • Excellent communication skills, with emotional intelligence
  • A good standard of customer care and the ability to promote the highest standard of professionalism 
  • Genuine enthusiasm, sensitivity, and compassion for working with people during a very difficult time
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems to track consumer interactions, with good attention to detail
  • Ensure timely follow up on all calls, tasks, and commitments to the customer as a priority appropriate to agreed key performance indicators relative to lead generation volumes
  • Monitor sales dashboard to ensure customer communication follows established service level agreements
  • Partner with Park teams to provide in-person handover as required
  • Responsible for accurate data collection through nurture process
  • Work closely with the team to develop quality, engaging content
  • Support the responses to customers across agreed platforms (social media, website) in line with communication goals
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role is advantageous
