Sunday 4th June 2017, 10.30am-12.30pm
A sonic journey of meditation with the beautiful and gentle tones of the gongs and bowls. Let the stresses of life melt away whilst the tones wash over and through you. This event will be held in the Meadow View Hall with the opportunity to take a walking meditation through the woodland afterwards.
Sarah Weller is a sound therapist trained by The British Academy of Sound Therapy and works with groups and as a one to one practitioner.
The session is £15 and on this occasion the event is intended for adults. Please note that this event is not suitable for those in the first trimester of pregnancy or those who suffer from seizures triggered by frequencies.
Please bring a blanket and pillows/cushions for your comfort whilst lying down (you may remain seated if you prefer) as well as a bottle of water for hydration. The building is fully accessible and refreshments (tea/herbal teas/coffee) will be served at the end of the session.
This event is limited to 20 participants – please contact Sarah Weller for further information or to book your space – [email protected]
