GreenAcres Woodland Burials – Epping Forest is holding a free event for all the family on Saturday 2nd August. The Working Woodland Day is an annual event taking place between 10am-3pm, hosting a huge variety of woodland activities and entertainment for all ages.
Throughout the day activities include the Suffolk Punch Horses, archery, traditional blacksmiths, chainsaw carving, birds of prey, ferret roulette, yoga, face painting, live bats, wood turning, tree felling and much, much more.
There will be more than 30 local groups and organisations supporting the event this year, which is set to be a real treat for those that attend.
Why not come along and make the most of the beautiful woodland setting, where you can learn more about how the woodland manages its habitats, trees, flowers and the wildlife that call the park their home.
