Our parks has a Service Hall with its own unique character. The atmosphere is created by a combination of music and lighting, and each building is set within a beautiful environment.
There are a number of ways to create a fitting tribute to the person you love. Contact us to arrange a tour of the park, and we can discuss the options available in more detail.
Please ask us for more information about these options:
There are so many ways in which you might want to remember a loved one, and as with the funeral, this service is completely personal. For instance, you can choose to inter the ashes of your loved one around an old English oak or an established pine tree. We have many options to choose from to commemorate someone special.
Anyone is welcome to have a living memorial at our park, regardless of where your loved one is laid to rest. Living memorials provide a beautiful way to remember someone you love as they help to create perfect natural habitats. All wildlife boxes can be sponsored on a three-year basis and are suitable for a range of wildlife including birds, owls, bees, ladybirds, butterflies, and bats. Our bird and owl boxes can be machine-carved with a personal inscription making them the perfect memorial
Prestige memorial options
Our prestige options offer a greater degree of privacy and exclusivity and can be used by families as a place where more than one member of the family can be laid to rest together. Options, which vary in nature, can include:.
A Family Tree offers burial or scattering plots/areas around an established tree. Single or multiple plots can be sited carefully around the root system of a tree to avoid damaging it. This option creates a distinctive, special, and reflective space for families to come together to remember.
While a tree will never replace a life lost, it is a living memorial to your loved one. It will grow and flourish and become something you can admire and enjoy. It will also confer wider social and environmental benefits. Families can choose the type of established sapling identified by the Grounds team. Depending on tree identified, each tree has the potential for single and multiple burials.
We had attended a funeral there before and loved the light modern building overlooking the woodland and the relaxed atmosphere. Paul had requested the celebration of his life be held there – it suited his eco-credentials. The setting was perfect; the ceremony could not have gone any better. It was sad, yet uplifting, helped enormously by the setting, the woodland, the greenery, the calm. I have since returned for a wander round the woods – to sit, and think and remember Paul, and I hope I will also have my funeral at GreenAcres when the time comes.
