Cremations at GreenAcres Colney
Some Cremation Services can feel impersonal, or even rushed. We aim to do things differently by giving you a generous amount of time within our Service Hall for you to say goodbye your way, within a relaxed and beautiful setting. With a Cremation Service at GreenAcres Colney you can create a unique and personal send-off for you or a loved one, regardless of your faiths and beliefs.
The Cremation Service takes place in our beautiful Service Hall. Afterwards the coffin is carefully transported to a licensed crematorium for the cremation itself. We’ll arrange for you or your Funeral Director to collect your loved one’s ashes. You may wish for them to be interred or scattered in our Park or stored whilst you take your time to think through your options for ashes.
A memorial service can take place either before or after the ashes have been scattered or interred, either at our Park or elsewhere. You can also arrange to place a permanent memorial to your loved one in our Park.
Cremation Service
Cremation Services at GreenAcres Colney include a professional music tribute. This visual tribute includes up to 25 photos, perfectly timed to the reflection music. Four other pieces of music can also be played during the service.
Prestige Service
A one-hour prestige service enables families to pay tribute to their loved one without having to be conscious of the time. Additional hours are also available.
